An important survey is being undertaken at the moment which examines the Cost of Disability to individuals and their families. This will be important for informing decisions taken in the future by Government.
The aim of the survey is to help policymakers understand the extra financial and other costs people face because of having a disability.
It is being carried out independently by Indecon Research Economists on behalf of the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection.
