St. Michael’s House is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to support adults who use our services across the organisation.

Volunteering with us is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within your community while supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Current Opportunities

Swimming Support Volunteers
Volunteers provide encouragement and in-water support during supervised swimming sessions. These sessions take place in a fully accessible swimming pool and activity centre, designed to support people with disabilities in sport, recreation, and therapeutic activities. Art Volunteers – Templeogue Day Services
This role involves supporting a small group with creative arts and crafts activities within the centre.

Gardening Volunteers
Volunteers assist with light gardening activities alongside the people we support, contributing to a shared and enjoyable outdoor space.

Monday to Friday | Between 10.00am and 3.00pm (1 hour per week). For more information please click here.

St. Michael’s House promotes a strong culture of volunteerism and has developed a robust volunteer network that enhances the experiences of those we support while also providing a rewarding experience for volunteers.
