St Michael's House CREATE Project Team are delighted to share a new Easy Read handbook: “What is a Health Passport?”
This booklet was created to help explain the Digital Health Passport—what it is, how to use it, and why it matters—in a clear and accessible way.
Thank you to the SMH service users and families, as well as the SMH Speech and Language Department, for their valuable contributions to the development of this resource.
This work is part of the CREATE Project initiative, which aims to break down barriers to digital literacy and support service users in confidently accessing and using the Health Passport (HSE) App.
