St. Michael’s House is recruiting Social Care Workers to join our team. If you are looking for flexible hours, returning to work or seeking a career that fits your lifestyle, this is your chance to make a real difference.
We now have part-time, full-time and relief roles available in our adult day and residential services across Dublin north and southside areas.

Salary Scale
Successful candidates will be paid in line with the March 2025 HSE revised consolidated Social Care Worker pay scale
(Point 1: €40,351 – Point 12: €56,650 per annum, based on a 39-hour week).
Applicants with no prior public sector experience will be placed on Point 1 of the scale.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of a skilled and responsive team, delivering high-quality, person-centred supports and promoting a good quality of life for the people we support.
Essential Criteria
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disability
Experience working as part of a team
Experience implementing positive behaviour support plans
Experience in a key working role promoting independence and community integration
Excellent communication skills
Eligibility to work in Ireland
