Santry Hall recently hosted a special coffee morning for friends and families to celebrate the talents, creativity and dedication of the people who attend the day service.
The event featured a performance of ‘Buddies of Gold’, an original play created and performed by the individuals in Santry Hall after almost a year of preparation, creativity and teamwork.
The group attends Drama sessions at Axis Arts Centre with Mairead, where they have developed their confidence, performance skills and creative expression.
Led by the individuals themselves, the production highlighted the commitment, imagination and teamwork involved in bringing a play from an idea to the stage. Everyone involved worked hard to develop characters, learn lines, build confidence and create a memorable performance for their audience.
The coffee morning was a wonderful opportunity for friends, families, staff and supporters to come together and celebrate their achievement.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved in ‘Buddies of Gold’, your dedication, talent, and creativity truly shone through.
