St. Michael’s House today announces that CEO Liz Reynolds will step down, with her final day being 12th March 2026. Liz joined the organisation in 2019 and has played a pivotal role in leading the organisation through a period of growth and development.
During her tenure, Liz has worked closely with professional, dedicated and compassionate teams across all services. She has been particularly proud of the organisation’s progress in embedding a rights-based approach ensuring that the voices of the children and adults supported by St. Michael’s House remain central to decision-making and service delivery.
As part of the leadership transition, Tara Molloy, Director of Access, Integration and Adult Clinical Services, will assume the role of Interim CEO from 13th March 2026. Tara brings extensive experience, deep knowledge of the organisation and a strong commitment to its vision and mission.
Liz expressed her gratitude to the Executive Management Team, staff, the children and adults supported by St. Michael’s House, their families and carers, volunteers, the Chairperson, and the Board of Directors. “Your passion, collaboration and commitment have made my time here profoundly rewarding. It has been an honour to be part of this community,” she said.
The Board of Directors and St. Michael’s House look forward to continuing its work under Tara’s interim leadership and with the ongoing dedication of its teams, building on a strong foundation of high-quality, person-centred supports.
St. Michael’s House is very grateful for Liz’s leadership and her unwavering commitment to supporting people with disabilities and their families over the past six years. We thank her for her dedication, vision and passion, and we wish her every success in her next role.
