Today on World Social Justice Day we reflect on the principles of equity, inclusion and the right of every person to participate fully in society. As we continue building a rights-based organisation, access to meaningful paid employment remains central to that commitment.
At St. Michael’s House, we are proud to recognise the impact of our WorkAbility programme, supporting people across our services to achieve their employment and career goals.
Congratulations to Courage, Eamonn, Terri, Waiyu, Dermot and Ronnie, who have now reached over one year in paid employment through the programme.
This milestone reflects not only a significant personal achievement for each individual, but also the realisation of their right to access meaningful paid work and participate fully in working life. Their contributions highlight our vision of building a society where people of every ability can live the life of their choosing and be recognised for their skills, talents and potential.
Thank you to Odeon Cinemas, Mr Price Ireland and CityNorth Hotel for their continued partnership and commitment to inclusive employment.
