The Older Friends Christmas Coffee Morning was a lovely and uplifting way to celebrate the festive season, bringing together a fantastic turnout of ladies and gents from across our services.
The room was filled with festive cheer as everyone enjoyed great music, plenty of dancing and a Christmas atmosphere throughout the morning. Over coffee and festive treats, friends had the opportunity to catch up, share stories and enjoy quality time together.
Events like this play an important role in supporting social connection and wellbeing. The Older Friends Committee organises regular social events for adults aged 50 and over within our services, creating meaningful opportunities for older adults to reconnect with old friends, form new friendships and remain socially active in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
