Celebrating Ciaran’s Achievement with Eurospar Ballymun Road
St Michael's House WorkAbility team are delighted to share another WorkAbility Wednesday success story.
Ciaran, a participant from our Omni Day Services, recently completed a one-week work experience placement with our #SMHChampion WorkAbility partners at Eurospar Ballymun Road.
Ciaran received glowing feedback for his dedication, teamwork, and professionalism. He impressed the team by travelling independently, arriving on time each day, and carrying out a wide range of tasks with enthusiasm and focus, including:
Stacking shelves
Pricing items
Checking stock
Monitoring expiry dates
A big thank you goes out to Stephen, who acted as Ciaran’s work buddy throughout the week, and to the entire Eurospar team for their support and encouragement.
This placement was made possible through the SMH WorkAbility Project – an initiative supported by the Department of Social Protection and the European Union. Aligned with the SMH Strategic Plan, this project promotes a rights-based, inclusive employment model for people with disabilities.
