People with heart conditions report that having an on-going and regular source of information and support is crucial in helping manage their condition, however the uptake number remain low.

The Irish Heart Foundation have also indicated that they have some funding for access to counselling for patients and family members plus access to tablets and Wi-Fi for those who require it to join the supports online.
