St Michaels House do NOT have any confirmed cases of CoronaVirus/ COVID-19.

Protection of Service Users and Staff is the Priority

The CEO and Executive Management Team made tough decisions on the following measures from Sunday March 15th.

 

Visitor Restrictions- NO family members / members of the public can visit any house / residential unit.

Staff are working with families

 

Commuting Restrictions- Service users are NOT to go home and back to services for the immediate future.

Time-Share Residents - have a choice to stay in situ or go home.

Social Distancing - Service users will NOT associate with any members of the public. The National Social Distancing guidelines will be followed

Hand washing- is mandatory on A) Entering and B ) Leaving houses and C) with each contact with service users. Correct cough etiquette is mandatory.

Respite Services- a continued reduced service is in place but is under review

All Management teams are working with staff to support these  decisions in this unprecedented time.
