St. Michael's House is delighted to publish its Annual Report 2025, marking a significant milestone as the organisation celebrates 70 years of supporting people with disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives in their communities.

Since its foundation in 1955, St. Michael's House has grown and evolved alongside the people and families it supports, while remaining committed to the values of inclusion, dignity, rights, choice and community participation.

The Annual Report highlights the achievements, developments and progress made across the organisation during 2025. It reflects the dedication of the children, young people and adults we support, their families, staff, volunteers, Board members and community partners who continue to work together to create opportunities and deliver high-quality supports.

Throughout the year, St. Michael's House continued to strengthen person-centred services, invest in its workforce, enhance quality and governance arrangements, and expand opportunities for people to participate in education, employment, social and community life.

As we celebrate 70 years of service, this report also provides an opportunity to recognise the thousands of people who have shaped the organisation's journey and contributed to its mission over seven decades.

Tara Molloy, Chief Executive Officer of St. Michael's House, said:

"As we celebrate 70 years of St. Michael's House, we reflect with pride on the achievements of the people we support, the dedication of our staff, and the partnership of families, volunteers and supporters who have shaped our journey. Our Annual Report 2025 highlights not only the progress we have made during the year, but also our continued commitment to rights-based, person-centred services that empower people with disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives in their communities. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributes to making St. Michael's House the organisation it is today."

We would like to thank everyone who has supported St. Michael's House throughout 2025 and over the past 70 years.
