We are delighted to launch the new St. Michael’s House Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) website.
The website has been created by our SMH Children’s Disability Network Teams as a resource for children, young people and their families and carers who are accessing, or waiting for, CDNT services through St. Michael’s House.
The new website brings useful information together in one place. Families can find:

- Online resources and useful information for families
- Information to help families understand and access our services
We hope the new website will make it easier for families to find the information they need and stay up to date with CDNT services.
