St Michael's House are delighted to be Irish Healthcare Centre Award Finalists 2023.
Congratulations to the St Michael's House Activity Hub who are finalists in the COVID-19 Initiative Award 2023.
The Activity Hub was designed to provide and promote opportunities for our service users during COVID-19. Today, the Activity Hub has developed into a vibrant online community where service users connect with one another and participate in a range of activities based on their interests and hobbies. It provides and promotes:
- Social connectedness
- Health & Well-being
- Special interest group activities
- Educational and skills-based learning
- Digital Inclusion
Accessibility and equitability are core values for the Activity Hub and the team continue to work in partnership with service users and other key stakeholders to develop a sustainable online platform that responds and evolves to the needs of the people who use it.
What began as a tool to help connect people, has grown into an online community used by adults with a diverse set of needs and abilities.
The winners will be announced at the IHC Awards Ceremony on 26 May 2023. Best of Luck to everyone!
