Our Voice Matters - Strategic Plan 2022 - 2026
St. Michael's House CEO Liz Reynolds was joined online today by 61 service users for the official launch of 'Our Voice Matters'. Hosted by the Activity Hub, Our Voice Matters is a forum of participants from services across the organisation. The group will meet weekly to discuss topics and opinions that will feedback and support the development of a new St. Michael's House Strategic Plan. Speaking at the launch today, Dr. Karen Finnerty welcomed the support of service users and families with the strategic process.
Well done to Courage, Nicole, Lynn and Sarah who presented at today's event and encouraged their peers to get involved in the consultation forum going forward. They shared top tips for working in groups and explained why everyone's voice matters.

St Michael’s House has commenced developing a new Strategic Plan that will run from 2022 to end 2026. A working group was established to assist this process and the group have developed a number of support resources.
