My Life My Future Support Hub
We are delighted to let you know that the My Life, My Future Support Hub on CareersPortal is now live.
The Hub provides trusted information and signposting to support people with disabilities to explore opportunities, make informed choices and plan for their future. It has been developed through a partnership and co-design process involving people with disabilities, families, service providers, education partners, advocacy organisations, CareersPortal and HSE staff.
We would appreciate your support in sharing information about the Hub with people who use your service, families, supporters and staff.
Please find attached a promotional poster. The QR code provides direct access to the Hub, making it easy to explore information, supports and opportunities in one place. We encourage you to display and share the poster through your local networks and communication channels.
An accessible version of the poster is in development and will be shared as soon as it is available.
