The May Coastal Children's Disability Network Team Family Forum will take place on Wednesday May 27th from 6pm to 7:30pm.
We will introduce you to and provide an update from the Family Forum Facilatotor Philly, your Family Representative (Anne Marie Gleeson) and an update from the Children's Disability Network Team Manager (Sinead English). In addition Our Guest Speaker will be Imogen Nolan, Duty Educational Welfare Officer with Tulsa who will give us information on the role of the Education Welfare Office. If you have a question in this area please submit before the forum.
Booking is essential, via EventBrite. If more than one parent or guardian is attending, both will need to register. We will try and accommodate everyone who wishes to attend, but may have to hold a waiting list if our capacity is exceeded. If you register and you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can accommodate individuals who may be on the waiting list. We may also postpone the event if interest is limited.
