St.Michael's House launch of the National Physical Activity Education Programme being delivered by our leisure centre staff.
Today was a preparation and planning day with staff and families.
The course has been designed by Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland, funded by HSE.
This pilot programme will be delivered online to six people who use our services over the next 6 weeks. Participants will learn about the importance of physical activity and how to be physically active.
