My Mini Marathon Event Project 2020
All non-unit focused funds raised will directly benefit the development of a Communication Technology Resource facility for children and adults with disabilities. This new technology hub will provide loans, initially focussing on tablet technology using dedicated communication apps. It will be managed by the St. Michael’s House Speech & Language Dept. The project aims to provide suitable communication supports to enable people to communicate as independently as possible in their own environments as part of an individual’s Speech and Language Therapy recommendations.
