Alongside is a summer social group running over the summer in Baldoyle Family Resource Services.
The group is for parents/carers and children with additional needs age 4-8years (age suitability at discretion of parents however) and their siblings.
It will primarily be a peer support space where parents can come with their children and meet other parents while their children play and socialise.
The Aims are
- To provide an integrated social environment for children with a variety of additional needs where they can learn, form friendships, and above all have fun.
- To help combat the feeling of isolation and help to integrate children and families into the community.
- To provide support and information for our parents and carers.
