Sam Maguire Cup visits LarFoley House

We welcomed the four in a row Dublin GAA champions to a childrens residential service this week.

Dublin Senior players Brian Fenton, Brian Howard and Evan Comerford came to visit our children's residential service in Baldoyle.

The children, staff and families were overjoyed to see the Sam Maguire cup in their living room. St.Michael's House teams are huge fans of Sam. Last year, Senior Football player Dean Rock brought Sam Maguire Cup to our Ballymun Head Quarters where all our adults and children enjoyed photos with Sam and Dean.

Thank you to Dublin GAA for organising another visit of the Sam Maguire Cup to our services. Every year is very special and we are hopeful for the future.

They are certainly the greatest team of the modern era and their record will stand alongside any team past or future in Gaelic football.

Eleven Dublin players now have six All-Ireland medals and they will be absolutely sure that they have not finished their collection yet.

This is Dublin’s first ever four in a row.  The only question now is who can stop the drive for five?
