Come meet the St. Michael's House Health Promotion Team.
Some topics we will talk about is Heart Health, Making Every Movement Count, Eating Well, Brain Health and Mental Health.
The first roadshow will take place Wednesday 3rd October in Templeogue Day Service.
The first roadshow is on Thursday 4th October in Northbrook Day Service.
The roadshows will take place from 11am until 1pm each day.
