We are inviting all staff to participate - all grades and roles to participate in this consultation.

 

Dear Colleague

You may be aware that CEO Liz Reynolds and St. Michael's House are in the process of developing a new Strategic Plan that will run from 2022-2026. The current plan 2017-2021 completes this year. To date, extensive consultation has been undertaken with service-users, families, executive management and the Board. 

It is also very important that we consult with St. Michael’s House staff, so that their views, ideas and experiences are reflected in the plan.

We are inviting all staff to participate - all grades and roles to participate in this consultation.

We understand how busy people are, and how difficult the last year has been for people in working through Covid-19 and all the challenges it has brought. We recognise and are very grateful for the efforts made and the commitment shown. We are really hopeful that staff will take this opportunity to participate in planning for the organisation for the next 5 years.    

The easiest way to complete the survey is online.  This link was also emailed to all staff in the organisation.
