Pat Gilroy, Dublin Senior Football Manager officially opened Lar Foley House, a new residential home for six children on June 15th in Baldoyle. He was supported by team players Stephen Cluxton and Tomás Quinn.

Named after Dublin football and hurling legend Lar Foley, the house was developed with the generous support of Gerry Gannon of Gannon Homes, a close friend of Lar's. Gerry, his wife Margaret and members of the Foley family, including Lar's wife Jo, also attended the event.

We wish Pierce, Assad, Covaci and the two Michaels many happy times in their new home.

"I believe Lar would have been delighted to be associated with this house for children and I think this is a fitting tribute to Lar's memory." said Pat Gilroy.
