On 22nd August 2015, parent Donal Lawless along with his family, friends and CrossFit Swords will be attempting to complete the huge challenge of:

• Lifting 500 Tonnes
• Completing 15,000 Burpees
• Climbing 15 Kilometres

in aid of St. Michael's House Early Intervention Services and The Down Syndrome Centre.
