    Healthcomplaints.ie

Healthcomplaints.ie is a new website that provides information on how to make a complaint or give feedback about health and social care services in Ireland. The website has been developed for people who use health and social care services in Ireland, as well as for their families, care-givers and advocates.

If you have a complaint or comment about your care,Healthcomplaints.ie will help you to find the right place to give your feedback.

The Healthcomplaints.ie website was built by a group of organisations chaired by the Office of the Ombudsman. A full list of the group is published on the site. The Irish Patients Association represented service users and other service user advocacy or representative groups.

The site is divided into different service areas for example hospitals, GPs and Disability Services with each section giving details about how to give feedback or complain about the service. The Disability Service section gives information about how to make a general complaint about services and about how to make a complaint under the Disability Act. The community-based section may also be of interest to people who use disability services as it deals with services such as speech and language and physiotherapy.
