St. Michael’s House Young Early Services Project recently hosted their Annual Open Day for families and friends in St. Michael’s House, Ballymun. This, informal gathering was very well attended by parents, siblings and even a few grandparents. The day is an important part of the YES Project calendar of events, providing families with an opportunity to get to know one another and to exchange ideas and experiences.

The YES Project is a pre school support service provided by St. Michael’s House for children between the ages of 2 – 5 years with a significant intellectual disability and complex medical needs. Children attending the Project are supported to maximise their potential through their individual programme, which is developed in consultation with their family and the clinic team that supports the Project. Children attending the YES Project participate in a wide variety of activities in the local community and in the centre.
