Congratulations to Team Ireland who proudly represented their country at the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Athens. In total 126 athletes from all over Ireland participated in the Games. In particular congratulations to Celine Mulready and Bridget O'Reilly Synnott who attend St. Michael’s House Services. Celine represented Ireland in Kayaking and Bridget in Basketball.

On behalf of all in St. Michael's House we would like to thank and congratulate all the volunteers, coaches and staff at Special Olympics for providing such great support to the athletes and for making us so proud to be Irish.
