St. Michael's House welcomes the Department of Education and Science announcement that the new building for Raheny Special National School can proceed to plannning. The new school when completed will provide pupils and staff with a modern education facility. The school has been specifically designed to meet the educational needs of pupils with an intellectual disability and is fully wheelchair accessible. We are hopeful construction can start in December 2010.
