Pilot for a National Study on People with Disabilities in Ireland who have been abused.
Funded by the National Disability Authority, this study aims to develop a methodology that will form the basis for a national study on the experiences of people with disabilities who have been abused. The remit of the project is to consider the experiences with a wide range of disabilities. The project represents a collaboration between the Centre, the School of Psychology, the UCD School of Applied Social Science, the School of Social Science and Law at the Dublin Institute of Technology, St. Michael's House and the RCSI School of Medicine.
