St. Michael's House annual Family Day at Dublin Zoo was a spooky affair this year, as 2,000 services users, staff and their families descended on Phoenix Park dressed up as witches, wizzards and draculas. The event took place on Halloween, which is always an extra special day at the zoo, with attractions such as a Halloween market, a Halloween parade, face painting and a best costume competition.
Guests were greeted by a friendly elephant and tiger, who gave all children a goodie bag. We also had our annual children's competition, which was won by Joanna Ho from Baldoyle.
Thank you to all our volunteers who helped make it a great day for everyone.
